• Name, email address, phone number and profession, when you submit one of our forms or book a consultation.
• Payment details, which are processed securely by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details ourselves.
• Usage data such as pages visited, video watch progress and button clicks, collected automatically via Meta Pixel and (where enabled) Google Analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up about the Trinity Shift Program.
• To process payments and provide the service you've purchased.
• To send you relevant updates by WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• To measure and improve our advertising (Meta/Facebook Ads) and site performance.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Site and process payments. Currently these are Razorpay (payments) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (advertising and analytics via Meta Pixel). We share only what they need to provide that service.
